Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room – Travel/Contract – Local Candidates Accepted
This 13-week assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina offers competitive compensation and benefits, and the chance to provide high-quality perioperative care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare and maintain sterile environments for procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during surgeries promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, surgical procedures, and post-operative care.
- Assist in maintaining the overall organization and readiness of surgical supplies and equipment.
- Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) if required by facility;
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) if required. - Minimum of 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Premium pay: weekly direct deposit at rates 13% above market average.
