Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Care
This is a 13-week contract position.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Home Health RN will work with pediatric patients, providing in-home care and support. This role requires case management responsibilities and the ability to maintain a case load effectively.
Manage a case load of pediatric patients and coordinate care plans.
Provide nursing assessments, medication administration, and education to patients and families.
Travel throughout the day to visit patients in their homes.
Document patient care and interactions accurately using Home Care Home Base or similar charting systems.
At least 1 year of experience in case management.
Current RN license (temporary or pending licenses accepted).
Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
Familiarity with Home Care Home Base is a plus.
Two supervisory references required.
