Nurse Practitioner – HRT​/BHRT Specialist

EPIC Esthetics is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/BHRT) to join our growing wellness program.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Greensboro, NC, with benefits.

This is not an entry-level hormone therapy position.
Previous hands-on experience managing HRT/BHRT patients is required. We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable provider who can independently evaluate patients, interpret comprehensive laboratory results, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe and adjust therapy, and provide appropriate long-term monitoring.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide hormone care for both women and men
, working with patients experiencing age-related hormonal changes, menopause/perimenopause, low testosterone, sexual health concerns, fatigue, changes in body composition, sleep concerns, and other symptoms associated with hormonal imbalance.

• Conduct comprehensive new-patient HRT/BHRT consultations and health assessments
• Review medical histories, symptoms, medications, contraindications, and laboratory findings
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing
• Develop individualized, evidence-based hormone treatment plans
• Prescribe, manage, and adjust hormone therapies within scope of practice
• Provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up care
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, benefits, and lifestyle considerations
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR
• Follow applicable clinical, prescribing, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with EPIC's medical, wellness, aesthetic, and administrative teams
• Remain current on evidence, clinical guidelines, and best practices related to hormone therapy

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure with appropriate national certification
• Licensed and eligible to practice and prescribe in North Carolina
• Previous clinical experience providing HRT/BHRT is required
• Experience independently evaluating, prescribing for, and managing hormone therapy patients
• Strong knowledge of hormone-related laboratory testing and interpretation
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Experience providing hormone care to women and/or men
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment with an emphasis on patient safety and evidence-based care
• Excellent documentation, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable practicing in a collaborative medical aesthetics and wellness environment
• Commitment to creating an exceptional, individualized patient experience

Experience in women's health, men's health, endocrinology, sexual health, integrative medicine, functional medicine, medical weight management, or medical aesthetics is highly valued.
