Role: Registered Nurse in the Heart Failure Cardiac Progressive Care Unit
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based care to complex cardiac and heart failure patients
- Conduct continuous monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer IV medications and perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and families on disease management and support safe care transitions
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in cardiac or critical care nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
