All Shifts — Full-Time: 7AM–3PM | 3PM–11PM | 11PM–7AM

Do you have a passion for caring for seniors and a steady, detail-oriented approach to the job? Spring Arbor of Greensboro is looking for a Medication Assistant to support our Assisted Living residents with medication administration and daily care, under the guidance of our Resident Care Director. If you love building relationships with residents and being part of a team that truly makes a difference, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Approach every encounter with residents, associates, and visitors in a friendly, service-oriented way
• Assist residents with medications as allowed under State guidelines
• Help residents with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care
• Communicate closely with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in and help lead resident activities
• Deliver friendly, courteous service with resident satisfaction as a top priority

What You Bring

• At least 18 years of age
• 1+ year of experience with senior adults highly preferred
• Current Medication Training certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy

Nice to Have

• CNA or NA license/certification, in good standing (state-dependent)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or as required by your state)
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems
