Registered Nurse – Cardiac Stepdown

Greensboro, NC | Acute Care

• Provide pre- and post-procedural nursing care for patients from the Cath Lab, EP Lab, PV Lab, and Interventional Radiology
• Monitor and manage arterial and venous access patients, including radial and ulnar access, and oversee hemostasis of arterial and venous access sites
• Perform telemetry monitoring for applicable patient populations
• Care for Same Day PCI patients and other interventional patient populations
• Serve in a Charge RN capacity as required
• Float to other campus locations as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; first-time travelers welcome
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Charge RN experience required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Experience with Cath Lab, EP Lab, PV Lab, or Interventional Radiology patient populations
• Familiarity with Same Day PCI patient care protocols
• Strong understanding of hemostasis management for arterial and venous access patients

• Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
• First-time travelers are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity to launch a travel nursing career in a specialized cardiac setting
