Linden Place Center for Nursing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. We are currently hiring Full-Time LPNs to provide quality, resident-centered care in a supportive team environment.
Shift AvailabilityDay Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

12-hour shifts
As an LPN at Linden Place Center for Nursing, you will provide direct resident care while working closely with Registered Nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team. You will play an important role in supporting individualized care plans, monitoring resident needs, and ensuring safe, compassionate, and effective nursing services.
What You’ll DoProvide direct nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, facility policies, and nursing standards
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns
Perform routine clinical procedures, including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection
Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
Reinforce education provided to residents and families
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Support the implementation and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Collaborate with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident-centered care
Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong clinical observation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including 12-hour shifts
