• Current RN license, in good standing
• Two or more years of recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaborative approach

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex or critical conditions in the Stepdown/PCU unit
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform ongoing assessments
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and adjust care plans
