We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Assisted Living evening shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.). This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
, strong team support, and the opportunity to provide personalized care to older adults.

Assisted Living
In this role, you will provide nursing oversight during evening hours, supporting residents and care staff while ensuring a safe, calm, and well-supported environment. You’ll monitor changes in condition, respond to resident needs, administer medications and treatments, and work closely with CNAs and other members of the care team.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is confident working independently while still valuing the support and collaboration of a strong team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing oversight and support to Assisted Living residents during evening hours
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
- Document care accurately and communicate important updates
- Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
- Collaborate with CNAs and care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Support infection control and safety standards
- Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment for residents
- Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification required
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, or senior care preferred
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
