Facility Staffing - Registered Nurse

As a Facility Staffing Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings within the United States. Your primary objective will be to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment in alignment with established clinical protocols. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions that promote optimal health outcomes.

This role requires adaptability to different facility environments and patient populations, maintaining professionalism and clinical excellence at all times. Ultimately, your contributions will support the facility’s mission to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice within the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at minimum;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, or related healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Experience working in facility staffing or travel nursing roles.
• Certification in specialty areas such as Critical Care (CCRN), Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN), or Geriatric Nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation software.
• Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).

• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately to inform care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse effects.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies to ensure a safe care environment.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions within the scope of nursing practice.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining accreditation standards.
