Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) team in Columbia, MO on the night shift. In this role, you will provide specialized care for medically complex, high-acuity adults requiring extended recovery. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, and case managers to manage complex treatments, observe clinical trends, and drive safe discharge planning.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients/families on care plans and discharge goals
- Education:
ADN required; BSN preferred - Licensure:
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Missouri (or active Compact/NLC license) - Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (Required)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (Recommended)
- LTAC or Critical Care Certification (Preferred)
- Experience:
- Inpatient RN experience in acute or post-acute settings with medically complex patients
- Strong clinical assessment, IV therapy, wound care, and telemetry skills
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care (Preferred)
- Proven ability to work night shifts with high flexibility
Hospital-affiliated LTAC unit with a steady to high-acuity pace. Work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary care team with electronic health record documentation.
