Registered Nurse – Oncology

Ahoskie, NC | Outpatient Oncology Clinic

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts | Expected 40 Hours/Week | Onsite

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments to oncology patients in a clinic setting located within a hospital
• Monitor patients during and after treatment for adverse reactions and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate and deliver individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Adhere to oncology nursing standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices

• Active North Carolina RN license or a Compact RN license recognized in North Carolina
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated experience administering chemotherapy
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Must reside at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

• ONS Biotherapy and Chemotherapy certification
• Prior travel nursing experience in an oncology setting
• Familiarity with outpatient oncology clinic workflows

• Opportunity to work in a supportive outpatient oncology environment with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Overtime may be available at this facility, if applicable
