- Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team. This facility is recognized for providing high-quality clinical care and safety. The emergency department serves as a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. Our environment is fast-paced, ensuring a dynamic workplace. We pride ourselves on outstanding patient experience through respectful behavior and effective communication. Patient ratios are typically 4:1 for medical cases, with variances for behavioral health holds.

Staffing includes available technicians and unit clerks for support. Candidates should be accustomed to a high-volume emergency department with significant patient visits. Advanced skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team are essential. We emphasize continuous improvement and the importance of providing a welcoming experience for our diverse patient community. This position requires a commitment to ongoing learning and adherence to established guidelines and policies.
