Position Summary
The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting, testing, and monitoring production processes, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain consistent quality across all outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance within [industry, e.g., manufacturing, food production, etc.].
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use measurement tools and testing equipment.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) preferred.
