Job SummaryThe Quality Inspector is responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control inspections on manufactured products prior to delivery to project sites. This role serves as the final line of quality verification, ensuring compliance with company standards, vendor quality requirements, and customer specifications. The position will also compile and report quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives. This role collaborates closely with the Quality Manager and manufacturing teams.
This role is in the southern Columbus area.
- Quality Control Oversight: Supervise day to day quality control activities in the following areas:
- assembly, shipping/receiving, vendor finished goods, ensure proper execution of in-process and final inspections
- Customer & Site Issue Resolutions: Serve asa pointof contact (POC) for issues noted by customers. Monitorinfeedcustomer feedback daily to help provide rapid response to needs oninstallationssites.
