We provide leads, and we protect them by giving them to agents who follow the model. To be eligible for team-provided leads and set appointments, you’ll commit to:
- 50 conversations logged weekly in our database, Brivity
- 2 open houses weekly
- Daily team huddles
- Weekly growth training + consistent lead generation activities
Full-time is not 9–5. It means you:
- Show up to huddles, follow the activity plan, and stay accountable
- Are available for clients (nights/weekends sometimes happen in real estate)
- Take your business seriously while enjoying flexibility because you’re consistent
This is for you if you are:
- Licensed (or newly licensed) and ready to commit to full-time
- Coachable, driven, and willing to follow a proven plan
- Professional, responsive, and genuinely care about clients
- Comfortable with phone work, follow-up, and lead generation
Preferred (not required): at least 1 closed transaction (we like people who understand that real estate is hard—but we will train hungry new agents).
Non-negotiables (culture & standards)We don’t tolerate toxic behavior. Liars and cheaters get cut. We’re building an entrepreneurial culture with high standards, accountability, and real partnership.
Requirements- Active real estate license (or in the final steps to activation)
- Reliable vehicle
- Phone + computer
- Active MLS access (agent responsible for maintaining license and MLS/brokerage requirements)
- No monthly desk fees with us
- Team average: ~2 homes closed/month
- Top agent example: 60 homes closed/year
- Proven consultation system that closes 70%+ of appointments (with training and execution)
