Position
Research assistant
ScheduleFull time
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Research and Field Managers in recruiting and training of interviewers, coordinating their work and providing feedback.
- Assist the Research and Field Managers in organizing data collection, quality control, data entry, coding and analysis.
- Contribute to the processes of desk review, literature review on innovative research methodologies and statistical data search.
- Assist in data collection tool design, pilot testing and finalization.
- Assist in data visualization and analytical report writing.
- Higher education in the field of Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Data science or Researh. Students are welcome to apply.
- Good command of working with MS Excel, Word, ppt.
- Excellent commend of Armenian language (written and spoken). Knowledge of Russian and English will be considered as advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate with colleagues effectively, literacy, politeness etc.).
- Ability to work under pressing deadlines
- Strong focus on quality of deliverables
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Openness for continuous learning
- Positive personal characteristics, such as punctuality, sense of responsibility, respect towards colleagues, commitment to work and politeness.
