What are the responsibilities of a Line Cook?- Prepare and execute each exquisite menu selection with consistency in order to delight our guests
- Have an authentic enthusiasm for food and a genuine concern for the needs of our guests
- Working efficiently and effectively
- Assist with keeping an organized, clean kitchen
- Have strong knowledge of how to set up, break down and maintain your individual station
- Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
- Schedule availability to include working days, nights and weekends
- Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
- Passion for hospitality and food
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative
