Known for its welcoming and family‑oriented atmosphere, the club offers top‑tier facilities for golf, tennis (both indoor and outdoor), fitness, swimming, fine dining, weddings, and corporate functions. What

You’ll Do
  • Lead daily kitchen operations across a la carte dining and banquet events
  • Execute high‑volume golf tournaments, member socials, and holiday programming
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Supervise, train, and develop line cooks and culinary staff
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management
  • Enforce sanitation and safety standards
  • Act as kitchen leader in the absence of the Executive Chef
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years progressive culinary experience
  • Prior leadership experience in upscale hospitality or private club preferred
  • Strong banquet and a la carte execution skills
  • Proven ability to manage quality under volume

    Solid understanding of food cost and inventory systems
  • Professional, steady leadership style — calm under pressure

Schedule
