Requirements:

• 4+ years in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining scratch kitchen
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Culinary degree preferred; deep passion for food and hospitality essential
• Strong knowledge of cost controls, inventory, and food safety
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
