Prepares products for sale (meat cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, and pricing) according to standards.;
Maintains inventory levels and ensures in-stock conditions through proper ordering.;
Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all areas that come in contact with meat/seafood and prep areas.
