Belk - - 1234 Main Street USA Greensboro - Responsibilities:
Monitor store activity through observation, camera systems, and floor walks to identify and prevent incidents of theft, fraud, and dishonesty.;
Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents in accordance with case procedures, company standards, and applicable laws. Follow proper protocols for apprehensions, and accurately document and report all incidents.;
Build strong working relationships with local law enforcement to support collaboration and successful case resolution.;
Support education of store team in asset protection, emergency response, and safety programs to enhance storewide compliance.;
Promptly report outages, risks, or safety concerns with store systems.
