Assist to manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department;
Assist Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Perform duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef as needed;
Interview and train associates;
Plan, assign, and direct work; assist in performance appraisal and discipline; address complaints and resolve problems
