Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources to support customer service;
Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, seasonality, equipment usage, and backroom operations; process meat according to specifications;
Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and improve shopping experience and associate engagement;
Drive business results by upholding operational excellence, profitability, and proper merchandising and handling of meat products;
Mentor and train others, uphold integrity and quality standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines
