Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, assisting with apartment inspections, and general administrative duties. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to lift and move items as needed. This role requires significant physical activity and mobility, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
