Greet customers and provide high level service to retail and installer customers;
Assist store management and installers with daily tasks and customer service programs;
Handle customer inquiries by phone and in person, look up parts and quote prices, and upsell related items;
Process exchanges and returns per company policy and manage cash handling;
Perform daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and basic in-store services as allowed by state/local laws
