Earn $13.00 Per Hour Benefits- Flexible and Full‑Time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).
- Employees become eligible for full‑time benefits after averaging 20+ hours. Benefits include:

- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
- Assist customers to keep payments current and make reminder and collection calls when required.
- Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors; include climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks—sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
Experience
:
Successful candidates come from customer service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation
: A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to travel between work locations or perform other work‑related business. (Mileage reimbursement available.)
