Insurance Phone Sales – No Cold Calling | Onsite | Greensboro, NC | In Office 1st shift Hours
Our client is a brokerage firm specializing in final expense life insurance, proudly based in Greensboro, NC. Their mission is simple: help families across the country gain peace of mind by offering affordable, reliable final expense insurance solutions.

No life insurance license? No problem.
You do not need to be licensed to apply. If you currently hold an active life license — or are willing to obtain one — our client will assist you through the process.
- Comprehensive training (sales scripts, carrier underwriting guidelines, and system tools)
- Daily pre-qualified leads — No cold calling
- Aggressive commissions and performance bonuses

- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads (provided by the agency)
- No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
- Guide customers through simplified final expense insurance options
- Build rapport and trust to close sales in a single call
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and agency procedures
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly production goals
- Experience in telesales or phone-based closing preferred
- Final expense or life insurance experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
