Automotive Paint Route Salesperson to join our dynamic team.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support
• Visit customer locations along assigned routes to deliver automotive paint and related products
• Mix paint accurately at customer sites using specialized equipment and tools
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their painting and shop supply needs
• Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line and stay updated on industry trends
• Identify new sales opportunities and promote additional products to existing customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage a designated route efficiently
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds on a regular basis

• Bilingual candidates with proficiency in English and Spanish are highly desired
• Experience with paint mixing and color matching techniques
• Knowledge of automotive paint application methods and techniques
• Familiarity with shop supplies used in the automotive industry
