Senior Coordinator

Role Overview:

Supports international sales activities by executing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors and dealers, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

• Implement international sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage communication and relationships with global distributors and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform regional strategies.
• Participate in customer engagements, industry events, and demo tours.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, operations, and aftersales teams for seamless customer service.
• Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility for management decision-making.
• Provide operational and administrative support for sales activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
• Experience working with external entities; distributor/dealer management is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; aviation industry knowledge and foreign language skills are advantageous.

Coordinates stakeholders to ensure timely execution, escalates risks, and supports leadership interactions. May involve international travel, participation in industry events, and working across different time zones, including prolonged desk work and virtual meetings.
