Senior HAC Coordinator

This role supports international sales efforts by executing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors and dealers, and coordinating cross-functional activities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing regional sales plans aligned with business objectives
• Managing communication and relationships with international distributors and dealers
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
• Supporting customer engagements, industry events, and demo tours
• Collaborating with marketing, finance, legal, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility for management decision-making
• Providing operational and administrative support for sales activities

Qualifications and skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles
• Experience working with external entities and managing distributor/dealer relationships
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; aviation industry knowledge and foreign language skills are a plus

Decision-making responsibilities include:

• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders for timely sales execution
• Escalating risks and issues related to deals or partners
• Supporting senior leadership in stakeholder interactions

Working conditions:

• Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods
• Travel to distributor offices, airshows, and customer events
