Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Help monitor entry points, lobby areas, ATM and drive-up areas, and restricted spaces to help identify suspicious activity and support an orderly environment for employees and visitors;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, disturbances, medical situations, and alarms, and notify appropriate personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, including parking areas, exterior doors, and common areas;
Complete accurate reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required
