Security Officer - Overnight Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site-specific procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, residence halls, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to alarms, calls for service, and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with campus departments and/or local responders when needed.;
Monitor entrances, check credentials and/or visitor authorizations as required, and help maintain orderly access during peak traffic times and special events.;
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations using written reports and/or electronic reporting systems, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership.
