Security Officer - Patrol

Position: Security Officer - Apartment Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking locations, and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and communicate findings to campus contacts and/or local responders as directed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing direction to occupants and supporting incident documentation requirements.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, use radios and/or other communication tools, and coordinate with supervisors and site representatives to support security-related operations.
