Security Officer Patrol Driver - Overnight

Job Description

Milwaukee, WI – Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.99 / Hour

Qualifications: Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

Experience: Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Job Schedule:

Day Time – Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Thu 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report irregular entry attempts, policy violations, and/or operational concerns.
• Support a manufacturing and industrial location by observing equipment areas, loading and receiving zones, and restricted spaces for security-related issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience is required, or a college degree is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
