The purpose of this position is to uphold Security policies and procedures and to provide administrative support to Loss Prevention/Security while maintaining access control and providing premier customer service to a certain corporate facility.

• Responsible for executing the guest management policies and procedures within Publix facilities.
• Responsible for Associate/Guest/Vendor Verification
• Responsible for completing administrative tasks associated with Loss Prevention/Security department.
• Responsible for maintaining records, both written and electronic, of all guests/vendors
• Reviewing Smart Alerts & LPMS Case Assignment
• Processing paperwork
• Responsible for managing the assigning's of company pool cars.

• 6 months experience in an office setting
• working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
• must be able to work a variable work schedule
• must be able to read and write clearly and concisely
• must be able to communicate verbally
• must be able to analyze information and multi-task.

• college level course work in criminal justice or other related studies and
• one or more years of experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
