Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Support – Greensboro, NC

Position Type: Part Time |
Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour |
Job Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or disruptions.
• Support daily operations by completing routine logs, incident reports, and other assigned duties while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
