Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report maintenance, access, and security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, observe onsite activity, and support property rules and visitor procedures in a professional manner to help deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions;
Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate operational updates during shifts to support continuity at the location
