Deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and suspicious behavior; report observations to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and document observations.;
Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, visitors, and faculty by assisting with directions and answering questions.;
Report maintenance, lighting, and facility concerns observed during patrols.
