As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Reporting in Greensboro, NC
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to situations with professionalism, and support a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor entry as directed, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and property personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
