Position: Maintenance Mechanic | Part Time | Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts
Oak View Group - Up to $23.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair Tanger Center facilities and buildings including carpentry, masonry, electrical, welding, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and mechanical work.;
Install electrical power, internet and a variety of other needs as requested during show setup and event.;
Install, adjust, repair, and inspect heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment including forced air furnaces, boilers, water pumps, chillers, air conditioning units, exhaust fans, air filters, compressors, cooling towers and heat exchangers.;
Install, repair, and replace electrical lighting systems, plumbing fixtures including sinks, faucets and pipes, light bulbs, ballasts and lights; clear obstructions from water and sewer lines.;
Read and interpret sketches, diagrams, and blueprints.
