Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our growing family. Install helpers work with a lead installer to complete installations of heating and cooling systems (mainly residential with some light commercial).

• Understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Team-oriented and hard-working
• Willing to work flexible schedule as needed
• Work well with a lead installer while maintaining high quality and timely job performance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Possess required hand tools
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Wearing proper PPE for personal safety
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (attics can be up to 130 degrees, may have to work in freezing temperatures as well)

• 2+ Years of HVAC experience
• EPA certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving and criminal record
• Ability to pass drug and background screening
• Standard technician tools
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. and climb ladders
• Neat, clean professional appearance
• Steel Toe boots

Depending on Experience, Salary Range starts at $35,000 a year.
