• Assess and evaluate damage to properties and recommend appropriate restoration solutions.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes effectively.
• Execute fire damage restoration and smoke removal procedures.
• Conduct mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain and operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in restoration preferred.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and on-call hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the restoration industry.
