Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear;
Perform check-in/out inspections for on/off rent and determine repair scope for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications requested by customers;
Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts/VAPS for service tasks;
Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs and services to customers
