Maintenance Technician
Pay rate up to $30/hr
1st and 2nd shift
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and service on industrial equipment, including motors, pulley systems, and conveyor systems with belts and rollers.
- Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure reliable and safe operation.
- Carry out GTAW (Stick) welding tasks as needed for equipment repair and fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues and execute repairs or installations accurately.
- Complete minor electrical work associated with equipment maintenance and installation.
- Install, adjust, and maintain mechanical components and systems using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Follow and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly and accurately to restore equipment to proper working condition.
- Document maintenance activities as required and communicate equipment issues and status clearly to relevant team members.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.

This is a contract position based out of Greensboro, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
