PM HVAC Services delivers expert preventative maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC equipment for our parent company's facilities throughout North Carolina. We are a growing, professional organization that values quality workmanship, reliability, conscientious work, and long-term team members.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician who is conscientious, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of high-quality maintenance and service in a stable environment with no after-hours or weekend calls
.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing on commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, VAV systems, and related equipment) across North Carolina
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure peak system efficiency
- Travel to various sites statewide while minimizing facility downtime
- Follow all safety protocols and deliver professional service
- 4+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience (rooftop units and VAV systems strongly preferred)
- EPA 608 Certification (NATE or similar a plus)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and navigate commercial sites
- Conscientious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong problem-solving skills
- $34 - $46 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and performance)

This position offers two primary bases of operations
: the Greensboro / Piedmont Triad area and Charlotte
. Statewide travel is required, but you do not need to live in Greensboro. We welcome applicants from Charlotte, Winston‑Salem, High Point, Burlington, Durham, Chapel Hill, Kernersville, Asheboro, and surrounding communities.
