Pay Range: $32-$44/ per hour

The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The Sheet Metal Foreman is responsible for the installation, fabrication, and repair of sheet metal systems in commercial and institutional buildings. This role includes hands-on work, leadership, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the sheet metal/HVAC field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and P&
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal systems for commercial HVAC applications
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors on-site
• Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction at every stage
• Build strong relationships with crews, clients, and vendors
• Supervise apprentices, mechanics, lead mechanics, and journeymen
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Must own basic hand tools required for the trade
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass a post-offer drug screen and required background checks (DMV, criminal history, etc.)

• Safe and effective use of tools and equipment
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
• Strong communication skills in both individual and team environments
• Ability to remain professional and adaptable in changing conditions

This role requires frequent physical activity, including:

• Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working in varying weather and job site conditions
• Operating tools and equipment safely
• Travel in company vehicles, potentially 2+ hours
