We are searching for a seasoned and dynamic Industrial Maintenance Lead to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will play a critical role in our industrial maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently troubleshoot, maintain equipment, and prevent maintenance issues before they occur. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting & repairing metal fabrication equipment.

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial machinery issues, minimizing downtime and disruption to operations.
• Regularly inspect equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven experience repairing metal fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, slip rolls, roll formers, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery issues.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance techniques and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Familiarity with new equipment and technologies in the field of industrial maintenance.
• A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential maintenance issues.
