We're looking for Experienced Residential Service Electricians to join our team and help homeowners solve electrical problems safely and efficiently.

• Demonstrated experience performing residential electrical service work
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
• Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Electrical license or certification (journeyman, master, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
• Interest in career growth, mentorship, or leadership opportunities

• Michael and Son electricians average $60k-$85k annually, while our best electricians are making over $100k a year
