The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is looking for a Golf Shop Associate.
Golf Shop Associates play a crucial role in the first impression of Grandover golf experience of our golfers.
Key Responsibilities :- Greet golfers upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests checking in for their round and their merchandise purchases.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about the golf course.
- Monitor pace of play during rounds and provide on-course guest services.
- Monitor cart usage on course.
- Answer all phone calls coming to the golf shop.
- Greet golfers at the conclusion of their round.
- Account for all golf carts, rental clubs, and guests at the end of the day.
- Assist with tournament operations as directed.
- Restock inventory as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of outside golf service areas (games lawn, cart storage, bag room, driving range, etc.).
Job Requirements and Skills :
- Previous experience in retail or sales operations helpful
- Ability to work weekends and major holidays.
